Back-office Cash Management Solution

A secure self-service cash deposit solution designed for gas stations, supermarkets, offices, schools and other businesses that collect daily cash revenue. Employees can identify themselves with an employee ID and deposit their daily takings directly into the kiosk.

Can each employee have their own login, with every cash deposit recorded by user, date, time and amount?

Yes. Each employee can use their own ID when making a deposit. The system records each cash-deposit transaction, including the employee ID, date, time and deposited amount, so administrators can trace individual cash drops.

Can the machine check for counterfeit banknotes before the employee confirms the deposit?

Yes. The banknote validator includes banknote authentication functions. Banknotes that fail validation, including suspected counterfeit or unacceptable notes, are rejected instead of being accepted into the deposit.

Can the machine print a receipt and send an email notification after each cash deposit?

Yes. The kiosk can print a receipt after the deposit, and notification email addresses can be configured in the back-office system so the relevant administrator can receive deposit notifications.

Can authorized users remotely view cash-deposit records without having full administrator access?

Access to cash-deposit records is controlled through back-office permission settings. User roles and access rights can be configured according to the project requirements so that authorized users can be given access to the required records.
