CRTLY is the self-service kiosk brand of Shenzhen Chuangli Technology Co., Ltd.. Our website is operated at www.szcreately.com.

2. Information We Process
A. Information you provide through inquiry forms
When you submit a project inquiry, you may provide information such as:
- Company name
- Email address
- WhatsApp or phone number, if you choose to provide it (optional)
- Project requirements or message
- Relevant page or project context fields associated with the inquiry form you used
B. Information you provide to the AI Solution Consultant
When you choose to use the AI Solution Consultant, you may provide a message and related conversation context. This may include your current message, recent conversation history in the active chat session, and the current page path or relevant page context.
The AI Solution Consultant does not automatically receive your inquiry form details such as company name, email address, or phone number unless you include that information in your chat message.
C. Analytics information
If you enable Analytics through our cookie choices, Google Analytics 4 may process page and interaction information, browser or device-related analytics information, and pseudonymous identifiers used for analytics reporting.
D. Technical information
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard technical request information required to deliver and secure the website. The CRTLY website application does not currently maintain its own database of visitor IP addresses as part of routine website operation.
3. How We Use Information
We use information for purposes such as:
- Operating and maintaining the website
- Responding to project inquiries
- Evaluating kiosk project requirements
- Providing AI-powered pre-sales assistance through the AI Solution Consultant
- Maintaining security and troubleshooting technical issues

4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, our legal bases may include:
- Consent — for optional Analytics technologies. You can withdraw Analytics consent at any time through Footer → Cookie Settings → Analytics OFF.
- Legitimate interests — for operating a secure B2B website, responding to business inquiries, providing requested pre-sales assistance, preventing abuse, and maintaining and improving our services, where permitted by applicable law.
- Steps requested before entering into a contract — where applicable, when you actively request quotation, project discussion, or technical evaluation.
- Legal obligations — where applicable.
5. Project Inquiry Forms
Project inquiries are submitted voluntarily through forms on our website. Core fields currently include Company Name, Email, optional WhatsApp or Phone, and Project Requirement.
Inquiry submissions are sent from the website to CRTLY's server and then delivered through email delivery infrastructure to CRTLY's sales mailbox.
The website application does not currently store inquiry submissions in a dedicated CRM or website inquiry database. However, submitted inquiry emails may remain in CRTLY's business mailbox and with the relevant email delivery provider as needed to respond to the inquiry and manage the business relationship.
6. AI Solution Consultant
CRTLY provides an AI-powered pre-sales assistant called the AI Solution Consultant. When you send a message, your request is processed through CRTLY's server and sent to DeepSeek for response generation. The response is returned to your browser.
DeepSeek is used as an AI service provider for generating responses. It is not presented as an official, strategic, or authorized partner of CRTLY on this website.
CRTLY does not currently maintain a dedicated persistent AI conversation database. Current conversation state is held temporarily in the browser and application interaction and is lost when the chat panel or session is reset.
AI service and infrastructure providers may process technical or service data according to their applicable service arrangements and policies.
The AI Solution Consultant is designed for informational and pre-sales assistance. It is not used by CRTLY to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about website visitors.
8. Service Providers
We work with service providers and infrastructure partners in the following categories:
- Website hosting and infrastructure (Vercel) — for website hosting, application delivery, server functions, and technical infrastructure.
- Analytics (Google Analytics) — only when you have enabled Analytics.
- AI services (DeepSeek) — for generating AI Solution Consultant responses when you use that feature.
- Email delivery infrastructure — email delivery or SMTP service providers used to deliver project inquiries to CRTLY.
9. International Data Processing
Shenzhen Chuangli Technology Co., Ltd. is based in China. When visitors outside China submit information directly to CRTLY, their information may be processed in China.
Messages submitted to the AI Solution Consultant are sent through CRTLY's server to DeepSeek for response generation and may involve processing outside your country of residence. Other infrastructure providers may also process information in different countries.
International processing is handled subject to applicable data protection requirements.
10. Data Retention
A. Cookie preference
The crtly_cookie_consent cookie is stored for up to 12 months (365 days), unless you clear cookies, the consent version changes, or your browser removes it earlier.
B. Inquiry information
Inquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, evaluate and manage the prospective business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
C. AI conversation
The CRTLY application currently has no dedicated persistent AI conversation database. Current application chat state is temporary.
D. Analytics
Analytics retention is controlled through the Google Analytics property configuration and Google's applicable service settings. Cookie durations are described in our Cookie Policy.
E. Technical logs
Technical logs may be retained by hosting or service providers according to applicable service settings for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
11. Data Security
CRTLY uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, such as server-side protection of API credentials, limited production logging practices, HTTPS delivery, and restricted access where applicable.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability where applicable, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
To withdraw Analytics consent, use Footer → Cookie Settings → Analytics OFF. Withdrawing Analytics consent does not affect the Inquiry Form, AI Solution Consultant, or normal website browsing.
